Our Ristorante Acetaia got it's name from a really wonderful product, the Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale. It is produced in high quality wooden barrels from oak, chestnut, cherry tree, mulberry and cedar. For two decades our partner is the Acetaia Pedroni in Modena, Italy.
To get inspiration from the very different and intense taste notes and fragrances of the Aceto Balsamico, our head chef Giorgio Maetzke and restaurant manager Michele Perego visit the Acetaia Pedroni regularly and bring back great new creations for our menu.
